It encompasses all indoor and outdoor areas owned or leased by the organization, including offices, meeting rooms, common areas, parking lots, company vehicles, and off-duty activities conducted on behalf of the organization.
Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy may include designated smoking areas located in accordance with legal requirements and organizational guidelines.
